I was very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The audiologist spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner, as if I didn’t understand what was being discussed. They frequently spoke over me and didn’t make an effort to listen or engage respectfully. In addition, I found the audiologist difficult to understand due to a strong accent.
