I just had an appointment at Dandenong plaza store with Shoebur Rehman and I was totally blown away by his knowledge and the way he explained the difference in hearing aids …. I was frustrated that that was the second pair of hearing aids I got through Amplifon and I felt that they were ‚ rubbish ‚ as sometimes I could hear with them on and other times I couldn’t but now Shoebur explained brilliantly why that was .
