Highly recommend Cranbourne store. Staff were so helpful. They discuss your lifestyle and your individual hearing needs and then recommend hearing aids to best suit you, with no sales pressure. Extremely happy with mine and the follow-up service is great.
Friendly staff & professional
I am extremely disappointed with Amplifon’s persistent and intrusive approach to customer contact. Despite clearly informing them multiple times that I do not wish to book a check-up, they continue to call relentlessly. This level of disregard for a customer’s request is unacceptable and borders on harassment. Respecting customers’ preferences is key to maintaining trust, and unfortunately, Amplifon has failed in this regard. Please respect people’s boundaries and stop these unwanted calls.
