I have been going to AMPLIFON at Corrimal for many years now and I couldn’t wish for any better service. Olli and Jessie on the front counter are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. It’s a pity more shops don’t have a front line like this shop, also not forgetting the girls behind the scenes, they are just as good as the two already mentioned.
Very rude staff, specifically the lady out the front of the shop. Demanding, rude and out of touch.
Do not provide your phone number; if you decide not to proceed with services after "a free hearing test" you will be hounded with spam calls for years. It has been 3 years since i had my free hearing test, and after requesting to be removed from the calling list multiple times I am still receiving calls!
I cancelled my initial appointment and didn’t reschedule. I’ve had so many calls following up in the weeks that have followed. I’ve asked them to stop calling, and I block the numbers each time but they’re still getting through.
