Very rude staff, specifically the lady out the front of the shop. Demanding, rude and out of touch.
Do not provide your phone number; if you decide not to proceed with services after "a free hearing test" you will be hounded with spam calls for years. It has been 3 years since i had my free hearing test, and after requesting to be removed from the calling list multiple times I am still receiving calls!
Very unsatisfactory visit there today. The testing area is very uncomfortable. You get perched up on high unsupportive stools and then have to reach up above your head to touch the screen with your responses.
