I took my mother to Amplifon Coburg, we had a very positive experience with the audiologist Rachel. She took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, explained everything clearly and provided practical solutions that suited my mother‘s needs. We really appreciate her professionalism and caring approach.

I went to Amplifon two years ago. They said I need hearing aids. Luckily I went to Specsavers for a second opinion. Specsavers advised me to get the wax flushed out of my ears and come back. I did so and on my return they examined me and said there was some hearing loss but not enough to warrant buying hearing aids. Amplifon still ring and write to me even though I have asked them mot to contact on several occasions.

I took my elderly mother to Amplifon for an adjustment of her hearing aids. The treatment of the staff was borderline rude. The aids were in excess of $8000 and at the time of purchase we were assured of the aid’s superiority compared to other devices on the market. They have never worked to a satisfactory level and when this was expressed to the staff initially they assured us that the problems could be fixed.
