Lovely people ,very helpful and new what they were doing
I took my elderly mother to Amplifon for an adjustment of her hearing aids. The treatment of the staff was borderline rude. The aids were in excess of $8000 and at the time of purchase we were assured of the aid’s superiority compared to other devices on the market. They have never worked to a satisfactory level and when this was expressed to the staff initially they assured us that the problems could be fixed. Amazing service. I called up to book for a hearing test required for work. Minh was very professional and was able to clearly explain the results.
Fantastic service! Staff are friendly and very straight to the point. I Got brand new basic hearing aids straight away on first appointment, I'm a lot happier now I can finally hear properly. Awesome bunch of people. I recommend 10/10
