This is a fabulous place for a hearing test and hearing aides! Brought my grandfather here about 6 months ago and he received amazing service. The audiologist explained the hearing test procedure and the test results. She took the time to really listen to my grandfather's concerns, and this is what makes this place #1. Thanks so much for everything. You took the time to make sure my grandfather was really taken care of. He's very happy with the after service with his hearing aids also.
This place truly touched me. As a foreigner, my English is limited, and every time I need to make a phone appointment or talk to a doctor, it feels overwhelming and stressful. But here, all of that disappeared. The young man at the front desk was incredibly warm and respectful — his clear pronunciation and gentle pace made me feel understood and cared for.
