We got hearing aids from Costco that never worked out. Then aproached another company which we found gave wrong advice and were more for making big money without customizing to our needs. Amplifon was the complete opposite. They were courteous and took interest in find the best solution for us rather than the most expensive. Raquel is extremely knowledgeable and took the time clearly asses our needs and explain our options clearly. They also offer the best products depending on our needs and recommended by product reviews.
I started going to Amplifon Waterloo about 4 months ago due to some hearing issues. Rachelle and Mary are great team and they have helped to correct problem.
Just ordered my second set of hearing aids from Amplifon. Raquel has been so helpful, explaining in detail all the options, but at no time pressuring me to buy. She really cares about finding the best solution for my hearing needs.

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday, it was my first time having a hearing test. Mary is the first person to greet you when you walk in, she is so warm, welcoming and friendly. Matt did my hearing test and he was also super friendly and professional. He explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend going here for all your hearing needs.
