The staff at the Stouffville location are amazing. Especially Angela, she’s always so helpful, returns calls quickly and she always goes that extra mile to help me out with my hearing aids. Wonderful person! Thanks Angela for always helping me out.
I went here for the first time several years ago, as they advertised free hearing tests, and I’ve been back for yearly checks, all for free! You go in a soundproof booth and listen like you’ve never listened before for the faintest of beeps through the headphones. Then they show you on a graph exactly what frequencies you hear, and at what level. If you go back yearly, you can see any trends and make sure nothing is getting worse.
