Rachael Dixon is an excellent technician. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She was able to explain the hearing equipment and answer all my questions. Sarah, the receptionist is also to be commended on her expertise, efficiency and friendly manner. I would recommend this Amplifon office in Simcoe.
