Scheduled a month ago, drove across town from Kanata for my appointment at 1PM, only to find a note on the door that the office closed at 12PM. Someone made a decision to close early without notifying appointment holders. I got a call to confirm a couple of days out, but no call to cancel. Used the time on the drive home to book a test with a reputable company.
I can't thank Suzanne enough for the wonderful experience my parents had during their visit. She was incredibly gentle and patient with them, taking the time to ensure they felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Friendly workers. The place is bright and clean
I was happy to have my hearing ability tested by professionals and kind people. It was a very helpful session where I was told all concerns about my symptoms. It was an excellent service. I highly recommend it.
