I was super impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness, respect and professionalism I was shown by Nicole Chandler, the hearing practitioner at the Maple Ridge Amplifon office, as she led me carefully through the process of getting my hearing aids. Her receptionist, Gloria, was also so friendly and helpful. It has been a pleasure to work with both of them over the appointments I have had since I first walked into the office. I highly recommend this Maple Ridge business to anyone looking into getting hearing aids.

I have been dealing with this location for the past 10 years. The professionalism I have received has always been great, They take pride in their work and the way they deal with people. I was going on a two week vacation and one of my hearing aids broke down. I didn’t think I would get it back in time for my trip. but somehow, the team pull it together and got my hearing aid back before my trip.
