I have been dealing with this location for the past 10 years. The professionalism I have received has always been great, They take pride in their work and the way they deal with people. I was going on a two week vacation and one of my hearing aids broke down. I didn’t think I would get it back in time for my trip. but somehow, the team pull it together and got my hearing aid back before my trip. Natasha was not very engaging and remained stoic throughout the visit. She was difficult to speak with. I do not believe that she had my best interests in mind. I will take my business and money elsewhere.
I was there for a hearing test and I am on the brder of losing my hearing.
