I came in to the Langley amplifon after my son had made me an appointment once his friend metioned how well Ben had been with his father. I had a great experience, Ashley at the front desk was very kinda and accommodating helping me to fill out the forms and made conversation with my son and I. When I went into the room with Ben he was warm and welcoming explaining everything step by step but not in an overly medical way I couldn’t understand. Excellent service every month. Appreciate Nicole's help pairing my hearing aids with my phone. What a wonderful feature being able to hear everything right into my ear . Also. so nice to hear my music without disturbing anyone near me. Wow!!!
The people are very nice but when I had a problem with my hearing aids, I was told it would be 2 weeks to get them fixed. So I have to do without my hearing aids for 2 weeks… they have no loaners. That is simply unacceptable.
I took my grandma to have her ears tested and they were very supportive and helpful. They went thru all the information clearly so she could understand and explained how hearing loss can hinder mental health. The ladies at reception were nice and friendly and the doctor was very helpful.
I brought my great aunt here to get her hearing aids fixed and all of the staff were wonderfully helpful, especially Nicole at the front desk who was very kind and welcoming.
