Both ladies attending us were extremely professional, warm and genuine in their work We appreciated the extra effort Megan took to help us understand the test and results. She answered all our questions with her knowledge and understanding of our concerns. Would highly recommend to others
My free hearing test was administered by Megan. She was extremely professional. Explaining the process and test. At this time, the test found minor loss in the highest range not requiring hear aids. In the future, if I do require hearing aids, I will certainly return to Amplifon.
Best place for hearing aids and hearing tests in Kelowna. Excellent patient care, lots of options, and great follow-up.
What a great experience. The staff are extremely polite, gentle and knowledgeable. The clinic has a warm and greeting atmosphere. (It's wheelchair accessible) They really make you feel at home. I didn't feel rushed and felt that all of my questions where answered in the most respectful and non complained way. If you are nervous or anxious, don't be. I'm so glad I chose Amplifon for my hearing test.
There is always a warm reception from Megan, the clinical care coordinator, and great professional service from Leighanne, the hearing care specialist. The assessment is thorough but not very different than at other clinics. The difference lies in superior communication of results at Amplifon.
