Every time I visit Amplifon I learn so much about how incredible the ear is ! So complex and interesting! I have gone through many stages of hearing loss in my journey. I was blessed to have the help of amplifon to fit me with my first pair of hearing aids which they kindly helped me to maintain as my hearing declined. There is always a warm reception from Megan, the clinical care coordinator, and great professional service from Leighanne, the hearing care specialist. The assessment is thorough but not very different than at other clinics. The difference lies in superior communication of results at Amplifon. What a great experience. The staff are extremely polite, gentle and knowledgeable. The clinic has a warm and greeting atmosphere. (It's wheelchair accessible) They really make you feel at home. I didn't feel rushed and felt that all of my questions where answered in the most respectful and non complained way. If you are nervous or anxious, don't be. I'm so glad I chose Amplifon for my hearing test.
Leighanne and the team at Amplifon Kelowna absolutely blew us away! Every part of the experience was by far superior to any others we’ve been to in the past. Extremely friendly, professional, and skilled in what they do with immense knowledge of the solutions they provide, ensuring your solution meets and exceeds your specific needs. And there was no pressure at all to move forward with them if it wasn’t right for us. Products have great warranty and Amplifon offers great price and financing options. Would highly recommend!
Because many of my immediate family members have hearing aids I thought it pertinent to get mine tested. Leighanne and her staff were so well spoken and had excellent communication skills in explaining the processes and ways in which she was testing my ears and hearing. Would recommend for anyone aged 5 to 500.
