I brought my father to Amplifon after noticing he was having more trouble hearing us during conversations. From the moment we walked in, Kaitlyn and Amanda made him feel completely comfortable and cared for. Thanks to Amanda for setting up my appointment and reassuring me (even though I shouldn't need it, I still did and she was awesome). I met with Audiologist, Danielle, who was kind and so professional. Again the calm reassurance allowed me to relax. She answered all the questions I had, explained things thoroughly, and then gave information I didn't even know was available.
