My appointment today was great, the staff was so friendly and helpful, Dr Naresh ( Nash) Durisala was wonderful, he answered all my question's and explained them in full detail, l didn't feel rushed he told the time to explained everything in full detail, l would Highly Recommend this place to everyone, a 5 star 🌟 place, thanks so much
Naresh Durisala has excellent technical knowledge on the different models. Honesty, and friendliness adds to his skill set which as a musician with hearing issues I certainly appreciate. Located on King Street in the downtown area of Brockville. A friend of mine on ODSP appreciated his latest model which his benefits fully covered. Drop by and get a hearing check, makes a world of lifestyle difference!
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at the Amplifon Clinic in Brockville. From the Reception Service, the testing itself, the introduction and thorough explanation of the products that are available and best suited for my lifestyle, Naresh and Sandra were simply wonderful. And the continued service such as follow up phone calls, trouble shooting, adjustments and 'refresh Tutorials' when I would get stuck using the app that came with my product, all simply amazing and never left me feeling like I was on my... read more
Absolutely fabulous, caring people who go above and beyond to help out my elderly parents with their hearing. I cannot say enough good things!! I am so grateful for everything they do.
