I had made an appointment for the bowmanville location I received a call the next day from the Newcastle location wanting to change my appointment to another date and time, I explained I didn't make an appointment for their location so the lady said no problem ill book you another appointment at the bowmanville location I said ok, but that didn't work either now I recieved another call today wanting to change that appointment aswell they can't seem to get there act together just take an appointment the very basics I'll go so... read more
Left two voice mail messages and one email and no one has returned my call to set up an appointment. Disappointing.
I must say that my visit and purchase of hearing aids has been a greeat experience. Nav Balsara has explained and adjusted so that they fit and work well. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you for your help and care.
