Booking was easy and reminders of my appointment were provided. I was taken promptly at my scheduled time, service was professional and the procedures were explained all the way through. The results were provided at the end of the testing and there was no pressure put on me to buy hearing aids.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Homeira Tavakkolpour was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely focused on understanding my situation rather than selling a hearing aid. She took the time to clearly explain how hearing works, what the test measures, and what to expect from the assessment.
