The care while in the clinic is great and staff is very attentive. However, make sure you book your own consultation appointment online. I filled out the form before scheduling my appointment and now they will not stop calling me several times a day from different phone numbers even after I already been through the consultation.
My experience at Amplifon was both professional and insightful. I was treated well and Sujin answered all of my questions with patience and a deep knowledge as the evaluation went on. Strongly recommend!

Arrived slightly late and were first asked to justify the delay, only to then be turned away and told to reschedule. If there’s no intention to accommodate, asking for an explanation is unnecessary and comes across as rude; especially when dealing with a senior patient. This is a paid service, not a favor.
