I was very pleased with the warm and thorough service at Amplifon during a recent hearing test. The space is fresh and new, and the environment perfectly designed for testing.
Thanks to other great Google reviews, I decided to have my very first hearing test today at Amplifon Arbutus, indeed it was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist lady is helpful and welcoming. Dr Sujin Chung is professional, very friendly, patient and calm, everything was explained clearly. Am glad I don't need any hearing aid at the moment, but I would highly recommend Dr Chung / Amplifon Arbutus.
I definitely didn’t expect the level of care and attentiveness from Sujin Chung to be so exceptional. I have not met many providers with this level of care. I came here with my 89 year old grandfather and he had a lot of questions and hesitations. Sujin spent an extraordinary amount of time answering his questions multiple times. I am astounded by her level of patience and care with how she spoke to my grandfather. She was extremely patient, clear, and everything you could want from an audiologist.
