My experience with Maureen was Exceptional. She was very caring, nurturing and has a real passion for people that have hearing issues. She made my day when we tried a hearing aid and I could hear her talking behind me and walking around me. That was amazing. Once we get the inner ear issue looked after I will be going back for a Hearing aide. Maureen made a Scary situation for me very comfortable. Thank you Maureen.
Hearing was checked. And my Unitron Moxies had the upload from my hearing test , along with the software upload onto the Moxies. Was also able to purchase hearing aids (Unitron Moxies) parts. Excellent service,thankyou.
I went to Maureen for a check up I felt my hearing Aids were not working properly. Maureen was empathetic, kind and understanding. She did an audiogram and adjusted my hearing aids. During this check sh noticed a noise in one aid a replaced my hearing aid receivers. WOW what a difference. I can hear again! I did not realize how much my hearing had degraded over time!!! Maureen saves the day for me.
Very informative, helpful, & understanding but l will have to wait awhile until l can afford them.Thank-you for your help & understanding !!!!!
