Pooja is very caring and respectful and knowledgeable. If you are wanting to get your hearing tested I would recommend her :)
I couldn’t believe the difference between my old hearing aids (3 years old) and my new ones. Pooja was very helpful making sure the sound was perfect. These hearing aids are easier to clean. The service was excellent.
I had my hearing tested last year since I was starting to miss words in some conversations. After thorough testing Pooja indicated that I should get hearing aids. I was not fully prepared to start wearing aids at that point. (a bit of denial since it was another sign of aging).
