Went hear for a hearing test and Tina was great to deal with. The way they do the test hearing was way more in depth than I'm used to. Which I really appreciated! Might be my new go-to spot for my hearing needs.
LMFAO I have NEVER in my life experienced what I have from this company their call centre calls my phone. Left a message and the message is the person on the other end SNORING on my answering machine. While phones are ringing off the hook in the back ground. I wonder if they really get service And to top it off it was 8pm come on seriously. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY and he wouldn’t let me speak to supervisor or manager

Tina took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through several options so I could make the best decision. The knowledge and friendly approach made the entire experience enjoyable.
Great experience at Amplifon! Mrs. Naghmeh was very kind, patient, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made the whole hearing test process comfortable and easy to understand. Highly recommend!
