We visited this location with my mom for a hearing assessment. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The audiologist was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this clinic.

Went hear for a hearing test and Tina was great to deal with. The way they do the test hearing was way more in depth than I'm used to. Which I really appreciated! Might be my new go-to spot for my hearing needs.
LMFAO I have NEVER in my life experienced what I have from this company their call centre calls my phone. Left a message and the message is the person on the other end SNORING on my answering machine. While phones are ringing off the hook in the back ground. I wonder if they really get service And to top it off it was 8pm come on seriously. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY and he wouldn’t let me speak to supervisor or manager
Tina provided outstanding service from start to finish—such a professional and engaging individual who really makes you feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Tina took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through several options so I could make the best decision. The knowledge and friendly approach made the entire experience enjoyable.
