Pooja and staff were great! I got stuck in traffic due to Bridge Street backup and was late. I called to let them know; Pooja stayed back to make sure I received the necessary hearing tests. Very accommodating and professional.
They where able to get me in foe an appointment same day I called in and it was quick. Friendly staff very welcoming.
Pooja came to the rescue after a stressful month of meeting multiple doctors to assist with my ear wax which was causing an infection. Her calm and reassuring approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and positive one. She was extremely patient throughout the process….I highly recommend Pooja to anyone experiencing ear discomfort or hearing issues.
