I found the audiologist’s attitude unprofessional. She seemed impatient during the consultation and gave the impression that she was in a rush to finish and leave.

This Company is a scam from the advertising, to the people who take bookings, to the 'Don't care attitude' from the admin staff and reception staff. Ignore their "free" hearing aid adds online. Their own staff does not even know what time they close, Barbara at reception says 5pm, the person who took the booking says 5:30pm and if you Google Amplifon Chermside it says 9pm....stay away and you will be less frustrated to hear the catch and how much it will cost you later, nothing is for free and they don't tell you this when t... read more

All of the Staff are fantastic I usually see Barbara and Mohamed. I have seen other staff as well .
