They are like a dog with a bone. I returned the hearing aids as I was unable to keep them for various reasons. Anyway, they keep calling me even though I’ve told them I have gone somewhere else that offered me the same thing for a quarter of the price. I’ll be blocking the number soon.
I have upgraded my Ampli-Energy R3 hearing aids for Ampli-Energy R4 aids. So far so good. Minor adjustments will be made soon. Cheltenham staff Monica and Alex are first class and stand by their products. Repairs are done quickly and are part of the service. Cannot be faulted. Thank you

Had the worst experience, first we were chased to book for a follow up appointment. and when we reached mums hearing test was not even completed Alex Benski, he is very sales minded a year ago same thing he was pushing us into buying hearing aids and this time didn’t even bother to check my mum as we were not ready to buy. When I asked him why this wasn’t advised when I was getting chased to book a follow up appointment, he acted unbothered and had no explanation.
