I recently had an audiology appointment that felt rushed and impersonal. I was charged $110 for a report that only took a few minutes, with no item code on the invoice. I didn’t feel any genuine care or attention, which was very disappointing. 😣
Sadly our experience at Amplifon Chatswood has not been positive at all. I took my father to get hearing aids 3 1/2 years ago, bought the most expensive top model, and from the start had issues. Each time we returned to Amplifon to have the issues fixed every few months, we found the service less than acceptable - none of the issues were fixed, incapable staff putting the things in the wrong way which caused more pain, being told that the hearing aids had no issues even though my dad still was unable to hear well etc etc. it... read more
