Sadly our experience at Amplifon Chatswood has not been positive at all. I took my father to get hearing aids 3 1/2 years ago, bought the most expensive top model, and from the start had issues. Each time we returned to Amplifon to have the issues fixed every few months, we found the service less than acceptable - none of the issues were fixed, incapable staff putting the things in the wrong way which caused more pain, being told that the hearing aids had no issues even though my dad still was unable to hear well etc etc. it... read more

I recently took my almost 95 year old mother to see Eva at Amplifon Chatswood and was very impressed with the professionalism, care and service we received. After testing Eva explained all our options carefully and my mother now has rechargeable hearing aids that connect to her TV and says everything is much clearer. We are very happy with the outcome and follow up service.

Recently fitted at Amplifon Chatswood with my first hearing aids and just returned from my complimentary post fitting check-up. Despite the enormous hearing improvements I was also very impressed with the level of service, professionalism and attention to detail during every part of the process. I felt the care that the audiologist Eva gave was above and beyond my expectations.
