Excellent customer service & support. Reception staff is always friendly & helpful. The Audiologist who attended my appointment was Paul Dayton. He was extremely helpful, offering fantastic solutions for my hearing loss. Paul took time to understand what my challenges are - then tailored hearing solutions options to suit different living situations. I highly recommend Paul & the Amplifon team at Charlestown.
I have always received wonderful help when I have needed it, very friendly staff. Today I required some help with my hearing aids and Trish helped me out on a very friendly manner

One happy customer here as I’m always looked after so well at Amplifon especially by audiologist Chris Harrison! He is so nice, patient & always goes above and beyond helping me get appointments quickly, fixing my hearing aids & doing my hearing tests.
