Called in to get some domes and filters while on holidays. The women at the front desk were fabulous. Went above and beyond for me. Best service I’ve had with amplifon.
Apart from from being late the last two visits the audiologist was very good. Was supposed to ring me back to if I required a new TV link. Still haven't heard from him.
Listen to me NEVER COME HERE EVER! They want you to buy hearing aids for you but you don't know what they've just done to all their staff. They have fired dozens of not hundreds or thousands of innocent staff that work part time for no reason because of a stupid merger. Imagine if that was you. How would you feel? So I'm here to make people aware of this company especially in Charlestown. Horrible...
What a fabulous experience. Paul Dayton is quite exceptional with knowledge and took the time to answer my questions. And the girls at reception are beautiful and caring people. Thank you to Trish and Natasha for a welcoming experience. Highly Recommended
Excellent customer service & support. Reception staff is always friendly & helpful. The Audiologist who attended my appointment was Paul Dayton. He was extremely helpful, offering fantastic solutions for my hearing loss. Paul took time to understand what my challenges are - then tailored hearing solutions options to suit different living situations. I highly recommend Paul & the Amplifon team at Charlestown.
