Absolutely the most wonderful staff. We came down from Qld to visit my mother-in-law whom we have been trying to persuade to get her hearing checked for 2 years They fitted us in and were so wonderful from the reception to Julian the audiologist. Explained every step to her and were so patient. We now have a very happy Mum who is so excited with her new hearing aids. I took my mum to Bay Audio last week to get her hearing checked, omg, what a great team! The reception staff are very nice and friendly and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Julian Shen, you are amazing at what you do. Thank you for taking the time to go through everything step by step and being patient with my elderly mum. It's the first time she has felt very comfortable being In the room with an audiologist. She is very happy with her hearing aids and is very grateful that she has her hearing back!
