I had no information on the brand of my Dads hearing aids, and Nikki kindly did the research for me and even calling me back once she found them. The brand wasn’t affiliated with their company, but Nikki still assisted me all the sane. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Thanks Nikki.
Absolutely the most wonderful staff. We came down from Qld to visit my mother-in-law whom we have been trying to persuade to get her hearing checked for 2 years They fitted us in and were so wonderful from the reception to Julian the audiologist. Explained every step to her and were so patient. We now have a very happy Mum who is so excited with her new hearing aids.
