I have had my hearing tested at Amplifon every year with nothing to talk about the audiologist. However my experience 2 days ago was awesome. Nikita was the first audiologist who explained what the previous graph during my last visit showed in terms of the quality of my hearing and then after the new test how the quality of my hearing was compared to the last visit. She explained it clearly. I would recommend that when making your appointment ask for Nikita to do the testing.
I'm absolutely livid and deeply disappointed with my experience. I had a 9 am appointment for this morning, confirmed by both email and SMS. Imagine my frustration arriving at 8:50 am to find a sign declaring the office closed from 8:30-10:00 am, yet the lights were clearly on! It's obvious someone had come in and turned the lights on and put up the message on the door. I knocked, called, and all I got was a voicemail. Nikita and the team have been amazing. I love my hearing aids they have made a big difference to my days. I know my partner greatly appreciates that I can now hear her every word🤣
Went here the other day along with my parents to get them checked for their hearing health. Nikita, the audiologist, was really patient, compassionate and helpful with them to get their concerns addressed. Would definitely recommend her to anyone else!!
