While Ampliphon bought the previous Living Sounds company, the experience of service and support for my hearing aids have continued to be excellent. The Ampliphon office has a great location with lots of parking among other stores and services. I receive scheduled or drop-in service and support to maintain my hearing aids with supplies and maintenance as needed. I receive important information to questions i have and the staff are pleasent to work with.
I have now had my hearing aids for a little over a year. I had a hearing test one year before deciding to purchase hearing aids. At the first test I learned I was a borderline candidat e. Angela, the audiologist, explained my situation and options with no pressure for me to purchase. I appreciated her professional approach. The staff is very kind at Amplifon I had an excellent experience there and would highly recommend to anyone.
I highly recommend Amplifon on account of the quality of the device, features available when linked to my iPhone, and the expertise and friendliness of the audiologist and receptionist. I'm a slow learner, but they were very patient at explaining how everything works and how to maintain peak performance. Gordon F
The management and staff are also eager to make you hearing aid experience as comfort as possible. I have never had a problem getting an apointment that suits my shedule.
