I had a hearing test at the Amplifon Walkers Line location on Feb. 27th. I was told I should see a specialist. My results would be emailed to my doctors office and also to me. I received nothing and tried calling 4 times on mar. 13th. I also sent an email on mar.13th. I tried calling again mar. 14th(today) and still only a machine. I can't hear my customers, or anyone else for that matter and don't know what to do at this point. Avoid this location.
I am delighted with the outstanding services provided by Amplifon Hearing Aids, primarily due to the remarkable professionalism and attentiveness of the doctor. By leveraging advanced devices, she skillfully diagnosed my issues and recommended comfortable hearing solutions that have substantially improved my hearing subsequent to car accidents. Moreover, the receptionist exhibited exceptional care and communication. I strongly recommend their services and award them a five-star rating in Vancouver.

Glad I started using... read more
My hearing loss was through my service in the CAF. When I went to my service officer in the local Legion branch he too had hearing loss and when my application was approved by Veterans Affairs he suggested I try New Life (Amplifon) hearing clinic. Some of the best advice I could have gotten.
