Beware of this clinic – my experience from 4 years ago with Ash was frustrating. I was told I had moderate hearing loss, but six other audiologists and an ENT later confirmed it was only mild. Some also questioned this clinic’s testing methods, which may exaggerate hearing loss to push sales. While impressed with Ash's service, not really satisfied with the product. High end aids yet the reliability would suggest otherwise. Overall experience has been dampened, sadly.

I am extremely happy with the service I continually receive at Amplifon, Camberwell . The front of desk staff are always willing, friendly and helpful. Due to arthritis in my hands , I have trouble changing the domes but nothing is a trouble when I come into the store. I would highly recommend Amplifon for their professionalism and expertise. While the service was good, I ordered some custom made ear plugs and after the first ones did not fit correctly, there was a two week delay in sending them back to have them remade. There would have been another 2 week delay in getting them back, so had to cancel and go elsewhere
