Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. My brother required a hearing test as part of his assessment for NDIS application which I explained to him the if possible could we arrange this as quickly as possible, The gentleman reassured. method he would have someone contact me as there is a certain team who can arrange the for me.He asked for my details and told me that someone who get bak to me as soon as possible. This was in April and I am still waiting for a call back.

Purchased hearing aids last year and and was very impressed with service , but since then every time I go in for batteries etc the service is friendly , to the point , I just received some extra domes and pro wax mini fits in the mail , as I mentioned the last time I needed more , Great Service from Staff at Amplifon Caloundra ,
Todays hearing test done by Steve the Audiologist was the most thorough I have ever had. Also he explained how to manage my hearing loss very well . I would recommend National Hearing Caloundra to all who need help with hearing loss.
