Hearing aids are good but the service is absolutely terrible. Don’t answer phone. Had a hearing aid sent away and almost three weeks later I can’t even call them to see where it is. I’ll go back to spec savers.
Honestly, really disappointed with the centre. The audiologist was rude, unhelpful and didn’t even show up. Felt like he and the team were just playing games with the front desk instead of helping people. Pretty poor form and bloody frustrating.
Thank you to all the team at Ampllifon Cairns for the best service and care for my hearing aids .....Lidia
Great service with my new hearing aids, Reception ladies were very pleasant to deal with and Imran was professional and explained in detail how everything worked Highly recommend giving them a call if you are in Cairns and need hearing testing and new hearing aid
