I have been seeing Imran Dhamani at Amplifon (Earlville) for the past 18 months. As a middle-aged, experienced hearing aid user with severe bilateral hearing loss, I was impressed with Imran's knowledge of the multitude of hearing aid brands. A big thank you to the girl receptionist for helping me so easily and without any issues. I’m on holidays and was quite worried I wouldn’t be able to get assistance as I’m with another hearing mob. The help I received was fantastic and my wife is very happy I can hear again. 10/10 service.
1 receptionist with the coloured hair is awesome, the other 2 are so rude and condescending to my Torres Strait Islander brother and myself, the 1 with dark hair is so smug as well, if they gave as much attention to customer rather than their personal phones. Would prefer to travel an extra 20min then have to be treated like that.
I can absolutely recommend Amplifon at the Earlville Shopping Town in Cairns for anybody looking to improve their hearing. The Audiologist (Imran Dhamani) goes out of his way to make sure that you get what you need to improve your hearing, without charging absorbent prices. I’ve used hearing aids for 20+ years, so have had contact with a number of Audioligists, but Imran at Amplifon’s Earlville (Cairns) branch is the best that I have come across.
