Honestly, really disappointed with the centre. The audiologist was rude, unhelpful and didn’t even show up. Felt like he and the team were just playing games with the front desk instead of helping people. Pretty poor form and bloody frustrating.

Great service with my new hearing aids, Reception ladies were very pleasant to deal with and Imran was professional and explained in detail how everything worked Highly recommend giving them a call if you are in Cairns and need hearing testing and new hearing aid
Meghan gave us wonderful service today, my father in law had left his hearing aid charger in Brisbane and Meghan solved our issue so we could continue in our trip worry free, thank you Meghan
