ONLY INTERESTED IN HIGH PRICE SALES. 3rd June I paid a deposit of $3,000 for a $8500 pair aids. I had them on trial and returned them a week later(10th) as they were not suitable for my hearing needs and their ear pieces were outdated. I have been a customer of Amplifon in Cairns for several years and I have always found them to be very professional and helpful.
Staff are all very efficient and polite. Their service is always very helpful and informative, and the product works well.
I went to see Imran Dhamani at the Amplifon Stockland premises. His depth of knowledge and experience was impressive, as were his qualifications which include a PhD from Sydney University. He was able to explain complex issues and important research in a way that was easy to understand. His advice was invaluable. A lot of people of my age are hesitant to wear hearing aids, but Imran will definitely put their minds at rest with all his excellent research and communication skills. The receptionist front desk and the doctor can't fault them little bit pricey but gotta pay for quality went in done ear test 2 weeks later got hearing aids being able to hear again it's so good imran the audiologist friendly as nothing is a problem for him
