After years and I MEAN years! Of trying to get action from this company( on fixing a problem with aged care aids) .. my universe sent me CHLOE! OH MY GOODNESS! What a breath of fresh air is that lovely young lady! She actually cares about her clients needs! She has the gift of listening! A rare thing these days! Not so puffed up with herself...thinking she knows it all! You need to get your ears checked?? Ask for Chloe!

Right from reaching out during my initial phone enquiry Bec was amazing and I felt I had reunited with an old friend. On arrival for my consultation a girl named Paris was also made to feel special and was immediately at ease. Both these ladies are exceptional in their roles and I have referred multiple clients to the Cairns clinic because of the good old fashion values I experienced. 12 out of 10.

ONLY INTERESTED IN HIGH PRICE SALES. 3rd June I paid a deposit of $3,000 for a $8500 pair aids. I had them on trial and returned them a week later(10th) as they were not suitable for my hearing needs and their ear pieces were outdated. They would not return my $3000 at the time of return, saying it had to come from head office and it could not go back into that account, so I provided another acc (ING).
