Staff are friendly, helpful and follow-up on enquiries, audiologist Calvin was thorough in testing my hearing assessment, I trialed different aids to compare performance to best match my hearing profile needs and personal audio sound preferences. I had a wonderful experience with Kathy during my today’s hearing test. She was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough throughout the entire process. I was very impressed with the young audiologist, Tamika. She was highly professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in simple terms, making me feel truly cared for. She walked me through all possible outcomes and guided me to the next step. God bless her! The admin staff were also very friendly—such a great team!
Interestingly, I have read all the reviews about Amplifon Bulleen currently available for me to read. After regarding all the negative reviews I cannot support your comments/experiences based off my own experiences.
