I was very impressed with the young audiologist, Tamika. She was highly professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in simple terms, making me feel truly cared for. She walked me through all possible outcomes and guided me to the next step. God bless her! The admin staff were also very friendly—such a great team!
Interestingly, I have read all the reviews about Amplifon Bulleen currently available for me to read. After regarding all the negative reviews I cannot support your comments/experiences based off my own experiences. Save yourself some money and go to Specsavers. You just get processed by a computer program and the staff seemed pretty clueless on how to use it. You can get Basically the same aids at half the price at other places. Their policy seems to be if they don’t work you can just pay more. Waste of time and money.
Most unprofessional medical facility first they stuffed up my bookings and booked me in for the wrong place and the wrong type of appointment then when they sent me to Bulleen one lady assured me it was all free then the other lady that seen me tried to charge me 110 and when I refused she was completely rude and arrogant towards me. Highly recommend not going here as they are the worst and if for any reason you have to do not see Doris as she is the most unprofessional rude and pathetic individual.
