The Amplifon team at Broadmeadows Central have always been excellent in the way they dealt with my elderly dad. Starting with the receptionists, who are friendly and kind. The actual hearing specialists also treated my father with respect and understanding. They were always very patient with him. Very good service was provided by all.
I came to the shop by chance but ended up with excellent service. It ismore than five stars. Would like to mention specially Miss Nadia.She was fantastic.She treated and guided me like my own family. God bless her.I am completely satisfied with the service.
If there was an option to rate 0 i wouldve.. the staff is so unprofessional lack of receptionist got lack of knowledge. Gets hyper so quick and very rude behaviour.. i would never go back to this place.
OMG - the staff are so rude - yes the chubby one needs to be sacked how is that behaviour tolerated ? Its more like a fashion centre than a place for the elderly. They are rude, arrogant and disrespectful. I am not sure how they are allowed to behave that way. Chubby chops learn some manners. I wish I never had to take my grand dad there - hate going there. The attitude of the DIVAS at the front desk should be reported and appropriate action taken.
