Believe me, if I could give a 0 I would. Please avoid this company! DO NOT let your parents or grandparents purchase hearding aids from these people. Two years ago my 86 year old father was sold hearing aids & was signed up for $10,000.00 loan simply by pushing a "I agree" button on a tablet. As a family, we have just come aware of it as his bank account was over drawn & was unable to pay his rent. Total waste of money....the Bluetooth keeps dropping out ..women's voices end up sounding like Donald Duck...and I have to watch TV with subtitles as voices sound metallic and unintelligible.....went for the rechargeable ones and this is the result🤮
