We attended today for an appointment for my mother and from the initial phone call THAT morning hoping for a last minute appointment - we were met with nothing but kindness and warmth. From the second you step in you are made to feel welcome and looked after by the ladies running the front desk. Louise was Mum's Audiologist and I can't speak highly enough of her care and attention to detail. I attended Amplifon Booragoon for a comprehensive hearing test last year, the Clinical Audiologist that conducted my appointment on the day was Vivian (Yiwen) Huang, and she left an extremely positive lasting impression. She is knowledgeable, kind and you can tell she genuinely cares about making a difference in your hearing requirements. I recommend her services to anyone looking to get a hearing assessment. The reception staff are also lovely, making my experience less daunting, so thank you.
Very through service by the audiologist and very friendly and great smile plus was very informative about hearing loss.
One of the worse levels of service you would have heard of. I attended an appointment about 6 or 7 mths ago. I was told I needed hearing aids, & im in luck, there's a sale on! I requested a written report to be emailed to me so I can speak with my Dr about it. "Of course sir, no problem" I was told ... still waiting. I called back into the shop (Booragoon) about 2 wks later to follow up ...." sorry sir, we've been really busy, but we will get that to you right away" .... still waiting.
