One of the worse levels of service you would have heard of. I attended an appointment about 6 or 7 mths ago. I was told I needed hearing aids, & im in luck, there's a sale on! I requested a written report to be emailed to me so I can speak with my Dr about it. "Of course sir, no problem" I was told ... still waiting. I called back into the shop (Booragoon) about 2 wks later to follow up ...." sorry sir, we've been really busy, but we will get that to you right away" .... still waiting. I want to give a big shout-out to Yiwen Huang. She combines excellent technical knowledge with a wonderful friendly manner. After the hearing test she explained the results clearly and in detail and also provided clear details of various options. Thank you Ms Huang.
Have my Hearing back now after 20 Years staff made me felt Welcome and were great hearing test was very well done and explained why my hearing was as it was 10/10
