Several times I called them and left messages but no one returned my calls. I thought I’d try walking in to make an appointment but the receptionist failed to acknowledge me. I will never come here again.
I went to the clinic at Bondi Junction on Tuesday 16/September at 9am. I've booked online an 60 min appointment the day before and decided to showed up even not having receiving the call because I booked Monday after 6pm and the appointment was at 9am Tuesday. The lady that was at the reception was extremely rude and code. Saying I was not booked in and I should book online. Hi, I was on a weekend visit from NZ back in June and foolishly left my hearing aid charger back in Auckland. Although Amplifon couldnt provide me with a compatible charger, they kindly offered to fully charge my aids to extend their use if I didn't mind loitering around Bondi Junction for a couple of hours while this happened. This was gratefully received and I only had limited downtime after all instead of a whole day asking "can you repeat that please?!". Thank you so much.
