Hi, I was on a weekend visit from NZ back in June and foolishly left my hearing aid charger back in Auckland. Although Amplifon couldnt provide me with a compatible charger, they kindly offered to fully charge my aids to extend their use if I didn't mind loitering around Bondi Junction for a couple of hours while this happened. This was gratefully received and I only had limited downtime after all instead of a whole day asking "can you repeat that please?!". Thank you so much. Very professional never had a problem
Friendly patient staff , prompt service . Relaxing waiting area . I would like to add , that on Monday the 11th November 24 , I visited Amplifon Bondi Junction Westfield quite stressed because I couldn't turn my hearing aid off while I put it in the carry case ( I take them off when I ride my Motorcycle ) This was entirely my own fault , if I had of read the instructions correctly this wouldn't have been a problem .
