Very welcoming and professional.
I am very happy with my new hearing aids (after losing original ones which I will only be paid off March 2026). Staff are courteous and friendly and listen to your concerns. They even had one tiny hearing aid altered to sit more securely in my ear. I would recommend Blackburn branch as the after service is also always available.
