Reception staff are constantly changing, but audiologists are great. Mr Cheah is courteous and very thorough

I am very happy with my new hearing aids (after losing original ones which I will only be paid off March 2026). Staff are courteous and friendly and listen to your concerns. They even had one tiny hearing aid altered to sit more securely in my ear. I would recommend Blackburn branch as the after service is also always available.

The cable on my R/H programmable hearing aid had broken off and Mahta not only fixed it... she upgraded it from the CeruShield Disk format to the new, clearly better and more user friendly format. Thank you very much. Mahta
