My husband and got our hearing tested here and we found everyone to be so friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. Akhil was amazing. We found him to be extremely helpful as he took the time to explain all options and provided answers to all of our questions and concerns. He made us feel so comfortable and looked after. Ashika also was extremely helpful to us.

Amplifon Bentley used to be very good, but unfortunately lately, their customer service has been rather dismal. My elderly parents have visited this store a couple of times recently, and have left extremely dissatisfied. I gave an extra star, because they were eventually given what they wanted.
Couldn’t have asked for a more professional consult by audiologist Akhil. He gave a very thorough assessment and his explanation and recommendations were appreciated. Thank you Akhil.
