I had problems with my new, very expensive hearing aids. Couldn't hear anyone on the phone while phone was connected to the hearing aids. Without the hearing aids, phone calls were okay. I checked the Amplifon app on my phone. No help. Checked settings in detail on phone, connected to blue tooth. All seemed okay. I contacted the clinic and Ahkil spent over an hour with me, adjusting the hearing aids and test-calling me on the phone.
