Outstanding service by the staff at the Bentley clinic dealing with my mum’s hearing aids.
Really good experience, Audiologist carried out an initial examination, but due to a medical issue was unable to carry out my hearing test. I came back after a few weeks and took the hearing test, turns out I have industrial hearing loss, the audiologist was very honest and said that it’s not bad enough to need hearing aids at this stage but they will call me for another appointment in 12 months, I found the whole experience very helpful and reassuring
Absolute crap. Will not answer the phone, have had nothing but trouble wit the hearing aids and wished I had never walked in to this place. These expensive aids that i bought have given me constant trouble with either not working, dropping out of frequency but as I said communication is non existant. You have to go in to the shop to get answers as their phones are for looks as they don't answer or when I leave a message, these are never answered either. Still having dramas as the right aid is now inoperable.
My husband and got our hearing tested here and we found everyone to be so friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. Akhil was amazing. We found him to be extremely helpful as he took the time to explain all options and provided answers to all of our questions and concerns. He made us feel so comfortable and looked after. Ashika also was extremely helpful to us.
