Amplifon Bentley used to be very good, but unfortunately lately, their customer service has been rather dismal. My elderly parents have visited this store a couple of times recently, and have left extremely dissatisfied. I gave an extra star, because they were eventually given what they wanted.
Couldn’t have asked for a more professional consult by audiologist Akhil. He gave a very thorough assessment and his explanation and recommendations were appreciated. Thank you Akhil.
My husband Prakash Nihalani is so HAPPY with Akhil at Amplifon Bentley! A very understanding and supportive audiologist! Akhil made sure that my 77 years old man who is not very proficient with English understand him with due patience, took him for a walk around to get a feel of his new hearing aids! Absolutely thankful Aashika, at the front desk is also extremely helpful ! Keep up the good work
