I've had both my parents and myself visit Amplifon Belconnen. It was a great experience with very friendly and professional staff. Always very helpful when I need to pop in for batteries etc. I would definitely recommend them. ❤️

I have attended this clinic twice recently for scheduled appointments and both times I have been kept waiting for extended periods of time. While the audiologist is good, time management at this clinic is poor. Also, I spent $10k on hearing aids that have had to go in for repair in less than 12 months. Not good.
