I have been going to Bayswater clinic for over 20 years, have dealt with Sayan for nearly two, She is the Most Helpful Friendly Audiologist anywhere, Knows EXACTLY what is right for your ears, Cannot thank her enough, So IF You want EXCELT help go to her. 😊
Absolutely a horrible experience don’t recommend anyone to see Krisina. I asked for information to take to read then I would make my decision and come back. She was more interested in getting me to sign up for hearing aids that cost $11 000. Even after explaining that I was overwhelmed and needed to leave she kept on with her sales speech. Pressured myself and my support worker into booking another appointment while we were heading out the door. Will never recommend them or step inside their building again
Visiting the area for a few days, I had an unexpected and urgent issue with my hearing aids. During my initial phone call and right through my visit to the shop, the help I received was highly professional and courteous. Can’t recommend highly enough - thank you!!
Tried to trick me/my dying mother into signing a service contract but they don't do home visits. Just needed a one year old retrieval line hearing aid repair. Wasted my time, rushed me without taking the time to understand/explain. Calling me later to say they needed her to sign up.
I had an awful experience at Bayswater Amplifon. After my first hearing test, the audiologist, Bella, told me to return the following week to trial the ReSound Vivia, which I was genuinely interested in. At the second appointment, instead of the ReSound Vivia, she gave me the Ampli-mini E 56G RITE R GN, claiming that Amplifon simply renames the original model.
