I found the audiologist very patronising. He didn’t listen to what I said and spoke to me like a child. He was not all friendly and never smiled! I won’t be going back.
From when you walk in you are met with a smiley face from Allison, she is very knowledgeable and cant do enough for you. And also a big thumbs up to Sarath Shanavas he is excellent at his job, he goes far and and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied and nothing is to much trouble Thank you so much.
