While visiting Australia my Oticon hearing aids were acting up. Happily I was recommended to Amplifon Ballina and Lyle was helpful and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Thank you for your help and kindness Lyle. I would recommend this business.

The professionalism, efficiency, ease of testing procedures, and excellent, considerate after- sales service of this Ballina office is extraordinary. The staff at the front desk are courteous and helpful and I am genuinely impressed and grateful for the testing and adjustments done by audiologist Jared ( who has been at that office for a long time and is passionate and very knowledgeable about helping clients to improve their hearing in the simplest, most comfortable and practical ways.) Very highly recommended.
