I’d like to give a big shout out to Auburn Amplifon. The receptionist and esp. the kind optometrists Chloe Donato. She is so passionate and extremely patient with my elderly dad conducting hearing assessments and introducing the various products to meet his needs. She is always ready to reach out to help us to find the information we need. I can’t recommend more of Amplifon Auburn and it’s professional, Chloe Donato. Keep up the good work.
Some of the worst communication ever experienced. Have been trying to call the store for many weeks to resolve a problem with my dads hearing Aids as they don't work as they are suppose to. They simply do not answer the phone, just goes to voicemail. Leave voicemail message and then they do not respond to voicemail messages either. I have even left a contact message on their website, still no reply from the store or corporate. They actually don't care about customer service whatsoever.
